- We do our best to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day. During busy periods this time may increase slightly and we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. If you have not received your UK order (or an email offering an alternative delivery schedule) within 5 working days of placing it at our website, please contact us. International orders usually take longer to arrive. For orders outside the U.K. please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
- Privacy & Security
- We never pass on any of your personal details to anyone else. We will email you to confirm receipt of your order, inform you of dispatch of your goods and send out our monthly email newsletters. If you do not want to receive our newsletters informing you of new items in stock, competitions and special offers you can opt out of receiving them.
- Your credit card details are encrypted and processed by our secure servers, and we do not keep the card details. Your credit card company will also provide you with a guarantee in the unlikely event of your card being used fraudulently. Of course if you are still not convinced we will accept your order with credit or debit card details by phone.
- Returns & Replacements
- You can return any unused goods for exchange or refund up to 2 weeks from the delivery date. They must be in the condition we supplied them, e.g. the yarn must have ball bands and knitting needles should be in original packaging.
- Ordering
- There is no minimum order value but the postal rates (see below) work out better value for money on larger orders.
Also we advise that you order enough wool to finish your project as we can't guarantee that the same dye lot will be available for repeat orders.
