About Us

Dragon Yarns was founded in 2003 by our company director Ian and run by his family.  Our aim is to provide affordable, quality, hand knitting products. We have a great selection of yarns with the emphasis on natural fibres, and a large selection of patterns, needles and accessories. All the stock is on our shelves, available for immediate dispatch.

We work in an old wool mill in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Monday to Friday your orders are taken care of by Pamela, the business manager, and Sharon and Angela our customer service staff. Ian and his daughter Katie work on Saturday mornings and Jess and Adam help cover busy holiday periods.

We pride ourselves on customer care. Our staff are keen knitters and are available to answer your questions by telephone or email, in addition to dispatching your orders (usually within 24 hours), 6 days a week.
